Shipping
Once payment is received the order will be processed. If the item is in stock you should receive your item within
2-5 business days. All items are usually in stock, however there may be a chance that delays will occur if the item
we thought was in stock (shown on our inventory sheet) is actually not in our warehouse. In this situation, we will
need to order it directly from the manufacture, and we will have to wait until the manufacture delivers the product
to us (usually within a week). You will receive an e-mail from us on explaining the delay if this situation occurs.
Returns
Returns for exchanges or refunds will be allowed within 7 days from the date of receipt.
All authorized return products must be unused and in the original packaging. No return or exchange is allowed on
products that show signs of being installed. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by sender. Original
shipping and handling charges are not refundable. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are allowed on special
order items. Any item that is returned will need to have an RMA number before being sent back. You can request the
RMA by calling us at 303-591-7295 or by Email at info@speedorigin.com. Returns will not be accepted without a RMA
number. All non-defective returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. For all lighting products sold please
test product for factory defects prior to installation. Once attempts of installation have been made, all light
products are not returnable. No cancellation, refund, or exchanges on special order items.
