These policies are created by Speed Origin for any user, viewer, or buyer at www.speedorigin.com.
Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your
acceptance of these terms and conditions.
All orders placed with SpeedOrigin.com constitute the acknowledgement and acceptance of all conditions listed below. All orders
shipped to a Colorado address must pay state, county & city sales tax as required. Furthermore, your receipt of an electronic order
confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. SpeedOrigin.com
reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. SpeedOrigin.com may require
additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Once you have placed an online or phone order with SpeedOrigin.com,
you have entered in a contract to purchase and your credit card will be charged immediately. Orders do not always ship the same day.
Please allow 48-72 hours for your order to ship.
All prices, materials, design, color, contents included with a product, and product specifications are subject to change without notice.
Some product images may be shown with optional items that are sold separately.
In the event of an incorrect price listed on SpeedOrigin.com due to typographical error, SpeedOrigin.com shall have the right to refuse
or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
SpeedOrigin.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed.
All Orders can only be shipped to a verified Billing Address. Credit Card and PayPal orders will not be shipped until all information
are verified and matched. All other orders (check, money order, & gift certificate) will not be shipped until payment has been received
in full. All unpaid orders will be cancelled after 30 calendar days.
Furthermore, we at SpeedOrigin.com take many online orders daily. We try to keep our online database up to date as possible, but there
will always be unforeseeable circumstances where item quantity may not match exactly what we have.
No warranty whatsoever will be given if the defect was caused by customers' abuse, negligence, mishandling, or improper installation.
All merchandise sold by SpeedOrigin.com is only subject to manufacturer's warranty, if any. Warranty items are subject to submission to
the manufacturers for inspection and approval for repair or replacement of merchandise. Customer, however, will be responsible for all
shipping and handling fees. No labor or inconvenience may be included in any warranty claims. There is no warranty on lights, light bulbs,
decals, electrical parts, and engine parts. Check your state and local laws regarding the use on any parts.
It is the responsibility of the customer to see that the use of their vehicle and items purchased comply with federal, state, and local
regulations. Many parts are for off-road use only. As state law varies from state to state, country to country, we cannot be liable for
any legal issues which may arise due to the use of products. Buyer assumes responsibility for any violations of local laws and rules that
may result from use of our products. SpeedOrigin.com assumes no responsibility for any damage to persons or property as a result of
product misuse or improper installation. All installations are at the customers own risk. We recommend installation of all products bought
on our website be installed professionally by a certified auto shop.
All merchandises are packed carefully. Damaged shipments should be checked in the presence of the carrier. Please keep all shipping
cartons and packing material for carrier inspection. SpeedOrigin.com will not initiate any claims with the carrier. Claims of damaged
shipments must be made by the customer with the carrier.
Any refused shipments sent back to SpeedOrigin.com does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customer's
responsibility to make all arrangements with SpeedOrigin.com for refused shipments. Customer will be charged freight expenses associated
with the refused shipment as well as a 15% restocking fee on all shipped products.
Some of the images shown on this site may not be the image for your specific vehicle. They are used for reference purposes only.
Performance parts cannot be returned because of image not matching. Images of items listed on SpeedOrigin.com are for references only.
In some instances, pictures on this site are not the image of the actual part that you would be purchasing.
